
Prenatal Yoga Circle is a 6-week small-group series designed to support your body and nervous system throughout pregnancy. Each class offers slow, pregnancy-specific movement, intentional breathwork, and space to settle into your body in a safe, supportive environment.
This series is for expecting mothers who want consistency, connection, and guidance they can trust — without pressure or overwhelm.
