This is a mama-focused class, and pre-walkers and older siblings are warmly welcome to join—snuggle, nurse, or play nearby on a cozy mat or blanket. Come with or without your little one; this space is for you.

Prenatal Yoga Circle is a 6-week small-group series designed to support your body and nervous system throughout pregnancy. Each class offers slow, pregnancy-specific movement, intentional breathwork, and space to settle into your body in a safe, supportive environment.
