Prenatal Flow

A nourishing yoga class inspired by Vinyasa, thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Gentle yet energizing sequences help you lengthen and strengthen, building stability, relieving tension, and connecting deeply to your body, breath, and growing baby.

Whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve practiced for years, you’ll feel supported, calm, and confident in a welcoming community of mothers-to-be, ready to trust yourself and this powerful season of becoming a mother.

All trimesters are welcome. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending. No prior yoga experience needed—just a desire to slow down, tune in, and flow with grace.
