A gentle yoga class inspired by Hatha yoga, thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with your body and and your breath to embrace this new season of motherhood. Slow, mindful movements support your body’s natural recovery after birth—connecting with your breath, strengthening your core, improving posture, and releasing tension from your shoulders, hips, and back. Whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve practiced for years, you’ll feel supported, calm, and confident—reminded that rest is productive and that your healing matters.
This is a mama-focused class, and pre-walkers and older siblings are warmly welcome to join—snuggle, nurse, or play nearby on a cozy mat or blanket. Come with or without your little one; this space is for you.
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth or 8–12 weeks after a cesarean birth. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending. No prior yoga experience needed—just a desire to slow down, tune in, and flow with grace.
